"With 80 families devoted to Islam and nomads passing through every day, no one wanted to listen to what I had to say in this village. But I too was a Muslim and a nomad from Nigeria, so I understood their background."
Ade met Christ back in Nigeria, when his father-in-law was very ill. "He was a believer and many other followers prayed for his health. One morning I thought to myself, 'Why don't we worship this Jesus Christ all of these people follow?'"
"I asked my wife the same thing, and she revealed she wanted to follow Jesus for a long time but was afraid of my rejection. Together, we accepted Jesus and were baptized."
"I went to Bible school in Nigeria and was heavily persecuted. People lied to me and tried to get me in trouble all the time. But God protected us. We moved to Chad three years ago and began to minister to nomadic tribes alongside Pastor Moussa."

“Through these clean water projects, we are able to physically help vulnerable people. This strategy helps us connect with communities. In this particular village, clean water gave us a great boost in our daily ministry. These new tap stands have completely changed the way the people view us. We have been able to gain their trust and are in constant contact with them.
“Spreading the gospel in Muslim communities is a responsibility that requires many sacrifices, and today I carry that responsibility with me."
"I hope to preach the gospel to the ends of the earth, sharing that it is never too late to get back on the right path."
Though this task is not easy, Pastor Ade is steadfast.
